Aluminium Oxide Thread Guides

Aluminium Oxide is a hard material which is inert to all acids and alkaline solutions used in textile industries. It is a very good heat conductor and is close to metals in term of thermal conductivity and linear expansion.

Aluminium oxide guides with matte, ground and polished surfaces can be produced with a general tolerance of ± 0.2mm or 2%. Products with smaller tolerance can also be manufactured as per the client’s requirements.

Zirconium Oxide Thread Guides

Zirconium oxide is an extremely refractory material. These thread guides have excellent wear resistance and provides excellent chemical and corrosion inertness at temperatures well above the melting point of aluminium oxide.

Titanium Di-Oxide Thread Guides

Titanium di-oxide thread guides are a perfect match for endless synthetic yarns, where each and every thin yarn filament must be treated with utmost care. Apart from yarn guides, titanium di-oxide guides are equally good for other class of fibres like glass fibre yarn.

The yarn run surface of these guides can be polished to extreme smoothness. This allows for optimal sliding of yarn on friction texturising machines and therefore, this type of technical ceramic is irreplaceable.
